Solar-powered floating pods deployed in river basins and water bodies. Continuous pH, TDS, turbidity and temperature data — streamed live via 4G to your dashboard.
The Jalio pod is built on a buoyant orange PVC pipe frame — rugged, lightweight and entirely self-contained. A waterproof electronics enclosure houses the ESP32 microcontroller, sensor boards, and 4G module, while a solar panel on top keeps the battery charged indefinitely in field conditions.
The design is field-proven — successfully deployed in an open water body during live monsoon conditions, with readings streaming to the cloud dashboard in real-time.
Jalio Technologies is founded by Pranav Bhat and incubated at the Krishik – Agri Business Incubator, UAS Dharwad. The company targets inefficient, manual water quality monitoring in fish, prawn and paddy cultivation — replacing guesswork with real-time IoT intelligence.
The Jalio pod was deployed in an ancient stone reservoir during active monsoon rainfall — proving waterproof integrity, solar performance in overcast conditions, and real-time 4G data transmission.
Python Flask backend receives ESP32 JSON posts and serves a Chart.js dashboard — accessible from any device on the network. Logs written to CSV and dated text files.
Request a pilot deployment for your fish farm, prawn pond, paddy field or water body. Pranav and the Jalio team will design the monitoring network for your needs.
